Things You Can Do Now (June - October)

1. Complete the brief 2025 - 2026 Player Interest Form so that we know you are interested

   • This form is optional, but it adds you to an email distribution list for future communications

   • New (including incoming Freshmen) as well as current players are encouraged to submit the form

   • The form will be available through tryout registation, which will use a different form

2. Complete the Cal High Athletics and Medical Clearance processes

   • These are mandatory to tryout for any Cal High sport

   • The Cal High Athletics webpage has the instructions and the forms

   • The Athletics and Medical Clearance processes are open for all sports for the 2025 - 2026 academic year

Things to Watch for in the Fall of 2025

1. Refer often to this website for Program updates

2. Attend, if possible, two optional meetings in mid-to-late October to learn more about the Program, ask questions, etc.  Dates, times, locations will be published when available:

   • A brief (~20 minute) Player information meeting, typically held on a school day at lunch

   • A 45 - 60 min Parent / Player information meeting, typically held on a weekday evening at Cal High
