Even if you cannot make the tryouts when they are scheduled, you must complete this form
Please register for tryouts even if you are injured or are currently participating in a Cal High Fall sport
Complete the Cal High Athletics and Medical Clearance processes
These are mandatory to tryout for any Cal High sport. Complete these as soon as possible.
Completion and submission of these forms will be cross-checked with the Tryout Registration form data to ensure students have registered and have completed these two forms
Note that the Athletics Clearance form is season-specific (i.e., Fall, Winter, Spring). Even if you completed it for a Fall sport, you must submit another form for Soccer as it is a Winter sport.
